Based here in the Faculty of Life Sciences, Ceri Harrop is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the lab of Prof. Dave Thornton, researching into asthma. Ceri's ongoing passion for science communication will see her soon migrating from the lab to her new role as Public Programmes Manager for the Cell-Matrix Research Centre, based in FLS, as well as the voice of the FLS Podcast.

Having completed the second year of his Zoology BSc here at Manchester, Greg Counsell is currently working for Professor Matthew Cobb on a year-long placement in the Faculty of Life Sciences. Working towards a career in multi-media science communication Greg's main role in the faculty is writing, producing and presenting the FLS Podcast.
